This guide covers the AAA's mediation services available for victims of natural and other disasters where parties are in dispute with their insurance providers over damage-claim amounts. Disputed homeowner claims of any amount and business claims below $75,000 are addressed. This AAA program requires that insurance companies, as opposed to individuals and business entities, submit the disputed claims to the AAA for resolution.
