The Road to Success in Arbitration: How to Be a More Effective and Efficient Advocate

During this two-day training program, attendees will hear valuable and practical information on developing case theories by weaving the “story” of the case together through testimony and documents.  This is a hands-on program where the group will work together to prepare a case for mock arbitration.

The faculty of experienced arbitrators will discuss:
• effectively framing the issues
• developing an opening argument
• preparing and presenting witnesses and evidence
• cross-examining the other party's witnesses
• making a persuasive final argument
