If you missed this webinar last year, here’s another opportunity to learn why generation-based conflicts exist in the workplace and what organizations can do to help prevent them from negatively affecting “the bottom line.”
Hear a distinguished panel of employment arbitrators discuss the characteristics of each generation - Veterans, Baby-boomers, Gen-X and Gen-Y - in today’s workforce and how/why:
• Differing generational values, perceptions and expectations can create workplace conflicts.
• Workforce reductions can compound generation-based conflicts.
• Legislation regarding employee dismissals, release claims and severance packages can contribute to employee disputes.
