The Fall 2010 AAA Construction Conference: Planning Resolution Strategies

Join fellow construction attorneys and prominent industry experts at this annual fall event. This year’s program, to be held in our Nation’s Capital, will focus on planning dispute avoidance and resolution strategies at all stages of construction projects.

CLE Information:

The AAA will be applying for CLE credit in Indiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.  This conference has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education board for 6 hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit.  New York State has approved a total of 7 transitional/non-transitional CLE credit hours (3.5 hours of Skills CLE credit and 3.5 hours of Professional Practice CLE credit - NY State scholarship will be available upon request).  This conference is also eligible for a total of 6 hours of general California CLE credit. 

 

The State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirement - this activity may qualify for up to 6 hours toward the annual CLE requirement for the State Bar of Arizona.
