AAA Fundamentals of Effective Mediation Advocacy

This course is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to the mediation process in general and to provide instruction and "best practices" for how to represent a party in mediation both competently and effectively. At the conclusion of the course you will have a thorough understanding of what it takes to achieve a positive resolution to disputes through the use of mediation. The course is divided into nine parts and takes about two and a half hours to complete. A Certificate of Completion can be printed upon finishing the course. The course does NOT need to be completed in one sitting. Registration Fee: $175.00

Qualifies for 2.5 hours towards the annual Arbitrator Continuing Education (ACE) requirement for commercial, construction and employment neutrals. MCLE credit is not available for this course.
